THE PROJECT

The Other Office is a co-working executive office space located in Newport Beach, CA. Their goal was to reduce vacancy.  Before we began with any lead generation strategies, we first had to realign and redesign their overall brand. 

BRANDING + GRAPHIC DESIGN

A new company vision, brand statement and look was established to ensure consistency across all print and digital channels. This also help set the tone to attract leads because the brand had a better visual appeal. 

WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

Our team also built a landing page to capture leads that were targeted through different marketing strategies. It was important to have a central hub to analyze and see valuable data on performance. 

RESULTS

Once the new branding and marketing collateral were in-place, our team began implementing lead generation and nurturing strategies to help create efficiencies with The Other Office's internal sales team. It was a very smooth process which led to a 65% increase in lead conversion. 

LEAD GENERATION

With a background in real estate, we were able to put a comprehensive plan together on how to attract the right leads for this type of product: ready-now, executive offices for smaller and start-up companies in the Orange County. 

CONTENT STRATEGY

For us, content begins with powerful visuals. We set up a professional photoshoot to build a company library. From there, it was evident that content had more life on the website, brochures, and other marketing strategies. The Other Office had a compelling story to share that engaged people.
