THE PROJECT

KCI Company is a local OC real estate investment company. The partnership is dissolving, and as a result, they need to sell the remaining assets in their portfolio. The Parc is an office project in Irvine, CA consisting of five office buildings.

 

KCI decided it was best to sell it directly without a broker. They hired our marketing team to develop the brand, marketing strategy and lead nurturing process. As a result, two offers were generated within 48 hours. After three months of being on the market, the $55M project is now in escrow.

The previous brokerage had one building on the market for sale for six months, without generating any offers or significant, measurable data.

LOGO DESIGN

Our creative team developed a mood board that led to the execution of the logo design. We wanted to capture the story of each of the five buildings in the project. 

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS AND VIDEO

Professional photography, video and drone/aerial visuals were also directed by our creative team. We wanted to make sure to capture the uniqueness and location of the project. 

OBJECTIVES

There were two goals with this project: 1. Create a build and build a strong digital presence that showcased the project and delivered results, and 2. Sell the building within six months of being on the market.

WEBSITE DESIGN

More than a pretty website, this page had the ability to track, segment and engage with leads because it was built on our marketing platform. 

BROCHURE DESIGN

Our creative team designed and put together a 50 page offering memorandum that followed brand guidelines, while telling an impactful story behind the real estate benefits of this project. 

SALES AUTOMATION

A notification was sent in real-time to the KCI team when a new lead inquired and was captured on The Parc website. This notification contained all the information needed for the KCI to determine how best to proceed with the nurturing process.

EMAIL AUTOMATION

Automated emails were created beforehand and were white-labeled in our platform. Every time a lead was captured, a series of 1-3 emails was sent to leads that came from the KCI team. This ensured that the lead was being engaged with multiple times with content about the offering.
